How to enter: Comment on the designated giveaway video on YouTube or giveaway post on Instagram expressing your interest in winning. No purchase, payment or subscription is necessary. Maximum one entry per person, regardless of platform. Multiple comments will not increase your chances.

Winner selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received across YouTube and Instagram. The promoter will use a fair, verifiable random selection process.

Winner notification: The winner will be contacted via a reply to their original comment or a direct message from the official @gadgetsjon account within seven days of the closing date. The winner must respond within seven days of notification. If no response is received, another winner may be selected at random.

Prize delivery: The prize will be dispatched free of charge to a valid UK postal address, normally within 30 days of the closing date. The winner will not be asked to pay postage or any other fee.

Product condition and liability: The microphone is provided as an unused promotional item, without any additional warranty from the promoter. No guarantee is made regarding compatibility with a particular device, performance or suitability for a specific purpose.
